Haley has extensive litigation experience in a broad range of civil disputes, including contract and business disputes, tort and premises liability claims, employment discrimination, and defamation. She handles cases at all stages of litigation, from initial pleadings and motion practice through trial and appeal. Haley also has an active appellate practice, and she has successfully argued before the Iowa Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Haley works closely with clients to assess risks, explore opportunities for resolution, and prepare for every stage of litigation. Clients appreciate her meticulous preparation, compelling written advocacy, and ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.

Personal

Not one to sit still, Haley keeps herself busy even outside of work. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, testing her husband’s patience with various DIY projects, and scoring deals at thrift stores and garage sales.
