Belin in the News: Congress Confirms Stephen Locher as New Federal District Judge for Southern Iowa

The U.S. Senate on Thursday confirmed former Belin attorney Stephen Locher to serve as a District Court judge for the Southern District of Iowa. Locher fills the seat vacated by former Chief Judge John Jarvey, who retired in March after 34 years on the bench.
