Belin in the News: Gov. Reynolds Appoints Matthew McDermott to the Iowa Supreme Court

Iowa governor Kim Reynolds announced her appointment of Belin attorney Matthew McDermott as a justice of the Iowa Supreme Court.
From the governor's press release: "I’m deeply honored by this appointment, and grateful for the confidence the Governor has shown in me. I will work every day to be a faithful servant of the Constitution and the laws of this great state, and to carry out the oath to ‘administer justice according to the law, equally’ to everyone.”
Matthew joins former Belin attorneys Edward M. Mansfield and Christopher McDonald as current sitting justices on the Iowa Supreme Court.
