For over six years, our client had been engaged in litigation with Petitioner over the enforcement of a default judgment from a breach of contract claim which culminated on June 3, 2024 when we successfully defended the Eighth Circuit’s decision in our client’s favor, resisting a petition for writ of certiorari at the United States Supreme Court. Petitioner was asking for a reversal of the Eighth Circuit’s decision to affirm the district court's dismissal of their Second Amended Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
