The Belin McCormick, P.C. Business Immigration Team attended the Annual American Immigration Lawyers Association Conference 2024 in Chicago, Illinois last week. 

2024 has been an ever-changing landscape in the field of Immigration Law with a complete over-haul of the H-1B visa lottery system in the spring, the implementation of a new fee structure for employment-based immigration and nonimmigration visa filings, as well as recent executive orders affecting the asylum program and offering a new path to lawful permanent residency for certain undocumented individuals living in the United States.

Over four days, our immigration attorneys, summer associates, and staff virtually attended over 80 combined hours of seminars, lectures, and interactive programs to stay up to date on the latest immigration developments to continue to best serve our clients and their immigration needs.
